Andrew Brown brings a rare blend of legal expertise and strategic vision to Texas public policy. As Vice President of Policy at the Texas Public Policy Foundation, he has become one of the state’s most respected voices on family well-being and child welfare reform, shaping data-driven, community-focused solutions that strengthen families and improve outcomes for children across Texas. Known for his clarity of thought and steady leadership, Andrew has redefined how complex social policy challenges can be addressed through innovation, compassion, and evidence.
