Before moving into the private sector, Jules served as Press Secretary for Congresswoman Laura Gillen in New York's 4th Congressional District — one of the nation's most competitive battleground districts. There, he directed daily media relations, speechwriting, and on-the-record crisis response, securing consistent earned media across major New York television, print, and digital outlets and running rapid response and crisis messaging through a high-stakes cycle. His communications execution in 2025 laid the groundwork for Rep. Gillen's path to re-election in 2026.
