Mary Tipps is a cornerstone of Texas government affairs; respected, trusted, and known for her direct, no-nonsense approach. As Executive Director of Texans for Lawsuit Reform (TLR), she manages the organization’s statewide advocacy operations, serving as the primary point of contact for legislators, trade groups, and industry leaders. For more than two decades, her work has helped make TLR one of the most effective and influential policy organizations in Texas.
