As Executive Director of the Texas Senate Republican Caucus, Julia plays a key role in guiding message strategy, coordinating communications among members, and ensuring clarity and discipline across high-stakes policy and political efforts.

A resident of Liberty Hill, Julia and her husband are proud parents of three and active members of Victory City Church.
