The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive who is not only a proven top performer, but also someone excited to elevate how sales gets done.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and Founding team to:

  • Close revenue
  • Implement sales automation tools
  • Introduce best practices and help shape the systems and processes that power USLege’s next phase of growth

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Own and close high-impact deals end-to-end
  • Drive revenue growth through disciplined, repeatable sales execution
  • Introduce and optimize sales automation tools (CRM workflows, enablement, reporting, outreach, etc.)
  • Bring best-in-class sales practices to a fast-scaling organization
  • Partner directly with the CEO to refine go-to-market strategy
  • Help define playbooks, messaging, and deal strategy as we scale
  • Act as a force multiplier—making the entire company better through sales
  • Call into warm and cold leads to generate pipeline

  • A consistent sales top performer with a history of beating quota
  • Systems-oriented: you don’t just sell, you improve how selling works
  • Comfortable owning both outcomes and process
  • Thrives in a high-trust, low-ego, flat organization
  • Strategic thinker who can still execute with urgency
  • Excited by autonomy, speed, and responsibility
  • Austin-based (or willing to relocate)
