The Role
We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be on the frontlines of our growth. As an SDR at USLege, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. You will work closely with our Account Executives and Marketing team to build a strong pipeline, educate prospects on our solutions, and set the stage for successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers across key industries and sectors.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Qualify inbound leads and manage initial discovery conversations.
- Educate prospects on USLege’s offerings and value proposition.
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure consistent pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to provide feedback on campaigns and messaging.
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation goals.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (SaaS or startup experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Resilient, goal-oriented, and motivated by hitting and exceeding targets.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and handling objections.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Passion for startups, technology, and the mission of USLege.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
