Vince’s fingerprints are on some of the session’s most consequential legislation, from SB 1080, the strongest occupational licensing reform in a decade, to SB 650, the most transformative update to Texas alcohol regulation in 30 years. He helped advance a package of bills establishing the nation’s toughest deed fraud protections and secured millions in local appropriations for the City of Dallas.
