As Founder and Principal of The Brannan Firm, he leads a results-oriented government affairs practice built on decades of experience navigating Texas’s legislative and regulatory landscape. Known for making complicated issues understandable. He previously served as Advisor to Governor Rick Perry in the Office of Budget, Planning and Policy and began his public policy career in the Washington, D.C. office of Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison.
