Jaden Jules steers New York policy communications for DoorDash, managing external media strategy across a portfolio that spans public safety, labor, and the platform economy. Before moving into the private sector, Jules served as Press Secretary for Congresswoman Laura Gillen in New York's 4th Congressional District — one of the nation's most competitive battleground districts. There, he directed daily media relations, speechwriting, and on-the-record crisis response, securing consistent earned media across major New York television, print, and digital outlets and running rapid response and crisis messaging through a high-stakes cycle.
