§ 12.104. Reporting Requirements
(a) A facility subject to this section shall file a usage report within 30 days 45 days after the end of each calendar quarter. (b) The report shall include total water withdrawn, measured in gallons, measured in acre-feet, and the source of each withdrawal. (c) A facility may request a waiver of this section by written notice to the commission. (c) The commission shall publish a summary of reports filed under this section on its website.0
